Standard Shipping to the US: is $5.99 for all purchases and $3.99 for extra items.

Global Standard Shipping: $8.99 for every item, and $5.99 for each extra item

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with tracking details for your package as soon as your order ships. If, after five days, you have not received tracking information, kindly contact us.


It can take two to five business days for the system to update with updated tracking information for certain shipping companies. If, after five days of placing the order, the tracking information is not updated, please contact us at our customer service email for quick assistance.

NOTE

Kindly verify that all delivery details are correct. We might need to contact you to make changes if the information is out-of-date or incomplete, which could cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

For a maximum of 24 hours, your delivery address can be changed. Please inform us at [email protected] if the address has to be modified.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

To ensure smooth delivery, double-check your shipping address, especially apartment numbers. If you notice an error within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at [email protected] for correction. Otherwise, we’ll provide the carrier’s phone number for address changes.

A “delivered to original sender” tracking update doesn’t indicate a return to our warehouse. It means the package is held by our shipping partner due to our cost-saving one-way service.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Undelivered packages after multiple carrier attempts
  • Package refusals
  • Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
  • Claims of non-receipt when tracking shows successful delivery

In cases of lost or missing packages that we agree to replace, we’ll provide carrier information and the tracking number for your reference.

Can more than one address receive delivery of the order?

We do not allow delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. Kindly place individual orders for every address you would want the merchandise shipped to.

Do you deliver to military APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?

We are able to mail to PO Boxes, but not to Military APO/FPO locations.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and other costs are not included in the item’s price or the delivery cost. It is not AnhChic Store‘s obligation to file or pay AnhChic Store‘s taxes. The buyer is responsible for these costs, which vary by country.

Orders placed with AnhChic Store are placed on a “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis; import taxes and fees are not collected by the store. Rather, the shipping business will bill you after delivering your products, in accordance with the sales tax laws of the destination.
